Canapé-lit Sofa-bed

Notre canapé se transforme en un lit confortable pour deux adultes. Regardez la vidéo ci-dessous pour découvrir comment le déplier et le replier. Les couvertures, draps et oreillers se trouvés dans la structure.

Our sofa converts into a comfortable bed which can fit two adults. Follow the video below to see how to convert it to a bed and back to a sofa. The blankets, sheets and pillows for the bed are concealed within the frame..

Poubelle Garbage

À la fin de votre séjour, nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir déposer vos ordures dans le conteneur public situé place Saint-Julien, à 150 mètres de l'appartement. Veuillez séparer les ordures ménagères du verre et du carton et les déposer dans les conteneurs appropriés.

At the end of your stay, we would appreciate if you could empty the trash into the public bin area in Place Saint-Julien, 150 metres from the apartment. Normal garbage (ordures) should be separated from glass (verre) and cardboard (carton) and put into the appropriate containers in the public bins.

Climatisation Air conditioning

Un climatiseur est installé devant le volet gauche. Pour l'utiliser, veuillez suivre les instructions de la vidéo ci-dessous. Assurez-vous que les deux tuyaux soient bien branchés à l'extérieur de la fenêtre pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil. Nous vous prions de ne pas le laisser allumé en votre absence. Pour un rafraîchissement supplémentaire, la fermeture des volets pendant les périodes de forte chaleur permettra d'éviter l'accumulation de chaleur. Un ventilateur est également disponible dans la chambre du fond.

There is an air conditioning unit in front of the left blind. To use this please follow the instructions in the below video. Please ensure both hoses are fed outside the window while the unit is running. We ask kindly that the unit is not left on when you are not in the property. For additional cooling, closing the blinds during hot periods will prevent heat build up, and there is a fan available in the back bedroom.

Chauffage Heating

Des radiateurs sont installés dans tout le logement : un dans chaque chambre, deux dans le séjour et un dans la salle de bain (pour sécher les serviettes). Suivez les instructions de la vidéo ci-dessous pour allumer ou éteindre le chauffage. Veuillez vous assurer que le chauffage est éteint lorsque vous quittez le logement.

Radiators are mounted throughout the property - there is one in each bedroom, two in the living area and one in the bathroom (for drying towels). Follow the instructions on the below video to activate or switch off the heating. Please ensure heating is switched off when you leave the propertry.

Divertissement Entertainment

Nous mettons à votre disposition une télévision vous permettant d'accéder à de nombreuses chaînes interactives ainsi qu'à Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. (avec votre compte). Une Xbox est également à votre disposition ; merci de bien vouloir ranger les jeux dans leur boîte après utilisation et de laisser la manette en charge à la fin de votre séjour. Une enseigne lumineuse citron est fixée au-dessus de la télévision ; vous pouvez l'éteindre ou régler son intensité grâce à la petite télécommande située en dessous.

We have a Television for your entertainment, which will allow you to access many interactive channels as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus etc (using your own account). There is also an Xbox which you are free to use - we kindly ask that you return games to their case after usage and please leave the game controller on charge when you finish your stay. Our lemon neon light is mounted above the television - you can switch this off or adjust the level of light using the small controller mounted below the television.

Lessive Laundry

Une machine à laver est à la disposition de nos hôtes. Veuillez suivre les instructions vidéo pour lancer un cycle de lavage simple. Nous recommandons le programme Rapide à 30 °C. Une fois votre lavage terminé, vous pouvez étendre votre linge sur la corde à linge fixée à l'extérieur, près du volet gauche. Veuillez ne pas laisser les enfants se pencher par la fenêtre.

There is a washing machine available to our guests. Please follow the video instructions to put on a simple washing cycle. We recommend the 30C Rapide programme. Once your wash cycle is complete, you may hang clothes on the line mounted outside the left hand shutter. Please do not allow children to lean out of the window.

Volets Shutters

Nous avons de grands volets traditionnels dans le salon. Outre leur aspect esthétique, ils sont très pratiques pour maintenir la fraîcheur de l'appartement par temps chaud. Veuillez les replier délicatement contre le mur lors de leur ouverture. Une fois fermés, assurez-vous que le loquet métallique est bien enclenché. Vous pouvez également ouvrir le volet inférieur pour aérer la pièce tout en vous protégeant du soleil.

We have large traditional shutters in the living room. As well as being a beautiful feature, they are very useful for ensuring the apartment remains cool in warm weather. Please gently fold the shutters back against the wall when opening them. When they are closed, ensure the metal catch is connected. You may also open the lower flap to have some ventilation while protecting from sunlight.

Cuisson Cooking

Notre cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique électrique à quatre feux. Chaque foyer est commandé par des boutons tactiles. Elle comprend également un four combiné avec grill. Veuillez consulter la vidéo ci-dessous pour les instructions d'utilisation.

Our kitchen has a four piece electric ceramic hob. The controls for each hob is via touch sensitive buttons. There is also a combined oven and grill. Please see the following video for operation instructions.
